•  Delivery & Return

  Delivery

  HCT delivers from its warehouse, and the Client is responsible for suitable transport. Delivery times are approximate, and HCT is not liable for unforeseen delays. Partial deliveries are possible if beneficial to the Client. Proof of delivery is required within 14 days for VAT exemption.

  Return

  Returns are only accepted with prior approval from HCT. The Client must return goods in their original condition and packaging, with all associated documents. Return shipping costs are the Client’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed. Custom-made or modified containers are non-returnable. Refunds or replacements will be processed after inspection of the returned goods.
